Code of Conduct employees
Vastned Belgium has drawn up a code of conduct that applies to all employees, as well as the members of the executive committee, the audit committee and the members of the board of directors.
In principle, the code of conduct also applies to temporary employees and persons who work for Vastned Belgium on a contract basis, which only exist in Dutch, can be found here.

Whistleblower regulation
Vastned Belgium has introduced a whistleblower scheme. This scheme protects employees who report abuses within the company. The complete text of this regulation, which only exist in Dutch, can be found here.

Market abuse
On 3 July 2016, Regulation EU No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Directives 2003/124/ EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC of the Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Market Abuse Regulation" or abbreviated "MAR") entered into force. Pursuant to the Act dd. On 27 June 2016, which includes the partial implementation of the Market Abuse Regulation, the Act of 2 August 2002 on the supervision of the financial sector and financial services was also amended. The notifications are made public by the FSMA on its website. Vastned Belgium has made a policy regarding market abuse.
Transactions have to reported to via an online application of FSMA.
To date, no such notifcations have been reported for Vastned Belgium.

Prevention and welfare requirements for third-party contracting work
Any contractor or service provider who performs work on the instructions of Vastned Belgium is always required to comply with all social-law obligations, as listed in title 3.2 of the Supplier Code of Conduct. For all contracting work relating to 'works in immovable property' in the sense of Article 30bis, § 1, 1° of the Act of 27 June 1969 commissioned by Vastned Belgium, every contractor is also required to correctly comply with all safety obligations listed below.
